Manages accounts payable and receivable transactions, verifies invoices and payments, resolves customer billing discrepancies, monitors balances, assists with collections, processes rebates and payments, performs account reconciliations, and supports financial reporting. The role collaborates with customers, vendors, Accounting, Sales, and Operations while maintaining accurate records and handling multiple priorities.

Coordinate engineering and infrastructure project activities, schedules, deliverables, documentation, and data across multiple projects. Support planning, execution, tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring while identifying risks and delays. Facilitate communication among engineering teams, operations, clients, and stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, communication, Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency, and familiarity with project tracking or ERP systems.
