Provides senior-level strategic oversight across multiple specialty contracting projects and job sites. Identifies and resolves safety, productivity, quality, and performance issues; supports planning, budgeting, client relationships, project documentation, and accountability metrics. Partners with project managers, field teams, and senior leadership to improve execution and align operations with company goals. Requires extensive field operations leadership and frequent job-site travel.
