Responsibilities include cold calling, sales-call planning, lead follow-up, account coverage, quoting, negotiations, forecasting, margin establishment, customer issue resolution, and maintaining sales documentation. Provides value-added services such as cost-savings analysis, plant surveys, technical support, and product training while promoting aluminum and stainless-steel products and services.
