Implement and configure CRM systems, gather and document client requirements, migrate and clean customer data, build reports and dashboards, design automations and approval processes, run system and UAT testing, train end users, provide post-implementation support, and collaborate with project teams to deliver projects on schedule.

Own and build the company's full finance function: set up accounting systems and controls, manage bookkeeping, payroll, VAT and corporation tax filings, prepare management accounts, forecasts and budgets, support year-end and audits, and provide financial analysis and modelling to guide leadership decisions.
