Lead U.S. federal and state tax compliance and provision activities including book-to-tax adjustments, state apportionment, tax return preparation, estimated payments, and ASC 740 tax provision calculations. Coordinate with external advisors and internal teams, support SOX documentation, leverage OneSource, Power BI, Alteryx and AI tools for process improvement, mentor junior staff, and assist with international tax coordination and tax-related research and modeling.

Lead and transform end-to-end global payroll across APAC, EMEA, and AMERICAs. Design a standardized shared-services operating model, implement global payroll platforms and integrations (e.g., Workday, JDE), manage outsourced vendors, ensure compliance and controls, drive financial reporting and cost optimization, and build a scalable global payroll organization while partnering with HR, Finance, IT, and regional stakeholders.
