Perform mechanical engineering tasks for EPC projects: specify and review vendor documents for pressure vessels, pumps, tanks, and heat exchangers; perform equipment and piping calculations; specify piping materials; conduct field surveys; attend project meetings; and potentially lead mechanical scope including schedule, budget, and reporting.

Perform formal and informal piping stress analyses (ASME B31.1/B31.3) using CAESAR II and related tools; evaluate supports, equipment nozzle loads, and vendor designs; prepare stress reports; lead projects for clients, coordinate teams, perform field surveys, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.

Perform civil/structural engineering and design tasks for power plant upgrades and new projects under senior supervision. Assist with calculations, modifications, equipment walkdowns, and design changes to improve plant performance, safety, and reliability. Work involves field and office duties, travel to client sites, and maintaining unescorted nuclear plant access.
