Lead and govern complex IT projects across the CTS portfolio, standardizing project, change, and release management practices. Coordinate vendors, stakeholders, and technical teams to align priorities, optimize resources, reduce release risk, and drive continuous improvement to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Provide legal counsel on construction contracts and commercial agreements, mitigate risk, manage claims, disputes and litigation, collaborate with project teams and outside counsel, and develop legal templates, training, and best practices.
