The role requires travel up to 75% of the time.

Provides employment and commercial legal counsel to HR and business leaders across a multi-state workforce. Advises on employee relations, workplace investigations, employment laws, accommodations, leave, wage and hour matters, policies, terminations, and employment claims. Drafts and negotiates employment, vendor, confidentiality, contractor, and other business agreements. Supports employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B sponsorship, and provides broader corporate legal support.

Provides administrative and coordination support for sales, growth, market development, and marketing teams. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, presentations, proposals, partner gifting, conferences, trade shows, event logistics, CRM updates, prospect tracking, basic reporting, calendars, and department documentation. The role supports new-market initiatives, center launches, partner engagement, and cross-functional growth projects while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
