Advise business-owning clients on entity formation, governance, succession, exit planning, asset protection, ownership structuring, and business-entity coordination with estate plans. Draft formation documents, operating agreements, bylaws, and buy-sell agreements; lead virtual client and advisor meetings; collaborate with financial advisors and attorneys nationwide; and maintain strong client and advisor relationships.

Serve as the firms independent PPLI counsel: evaluate suitability and tax economics, design ownership and trust structures, review offering and carrier documents, conduct independent carrier and product diligence, coordinate multidisciplinary implementation, and develop firm templates and training to scale PPLI capabilities.

Prepare and coordinate multistate real property conveyance documents and entity formations. Draft and review deeds, analyze title commitments and legal descriptions, research recording requirements and transfer taxes, manage execution and recording logistics, resolve title issues, track recordings, and maintain organized transaction files while ensuring compliance and deadlines.
