The role requires expertise in U.S. Customs procedures, HTS and ECCN classification, import/export regulations, free trade agreements, country of origin, Incoterms, commercial invoices, ERP systems, and business analytics.

Leads an Engineering Center of Excellence responsible for developing engineering capabilities, standards, workflows, and technical depth across business units. Drives innovation, technology integration, continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency while mentoring specialized engineers and transferring capabilities to business-unit teams. Requires manufacturing or process engineering experience, leadership experience, strong manufacturing-process knowledge, stakeholder communication, and prioritization skills. Packaging and plastics experience is preferred. Travel is required up to 50%.
