Develops, configures, tests, documents, deploys, and supports business applications for clinical trial operations. The role involves C# and ASP.NET MVC development, database object design, defect resolution, site support, source control, change management, and collaboration with project and solution teams. Work must follow software development standards, SLAs, SOPs, Good Clinical Practice, 21 CFR Part 11, and other regulatory requirements.

Plans, executes, and completes clinical trial technology projects while managing budgets, timelines, resources, risks, quality, documentation, and client communications. Leads software development lifecycle activities, system releases, change control, escalations, incident reporting, vendor coordination, and project status reporting. Drives process improvements and collaborates with internal and client teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

Leads the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, including product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, metrics, customer experience, pricing, go-to-market, and commercial performance. Partners with R&D, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance, leadership, and customers to define features, manage releases, support product launches, and drive revenue and profitability. Requires strong communication, strategic thinking, cross-functional influence, commercial awareness, and at least eight years of product management experience.

Processes client-requested data changes, creates data transfer packages, and writes SQL queries against Microsoft SQL databases. Conducts risk assessments, verifies data updates and transfer datasets, creates stored procedures, monitors data across databases, and supports clinical study implementation. Requires strong attention to detail, documentation, communication, prioritization, and occasional after-hours technical support.
