Publishes, manages, and optimizes digital content on AAP websites for pediatrician audiences and grant-funded initiatives. Maintains editorial calendars, workflows, site maps, and content databases; monitors analytics and reports performance. Collaborates with editorial, IT, medical, federal, and program partners to improve user experience, troubleshoot website issues, and support digital content deliverables. Requires strong proofreading, communication, organization, project management, technical, and web publishing skills.

Provides administrative and project coordination support for equity initiatives, including communications, meeting logistics, budgeting, expense processing, contracts, membership activities, funding proposals, and constituent group coordination. Maintains email lists and collaboration systems, responds to inquiries, tracks project deliverables, and supports the Chief Health Equity Officer and related teams. Requires strong organizational, communication, technical, and multitasking skills.
