Translate clinical and customer needs into prioritized requirements, partner with Engineering through delivery, and drive feature adoption with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing. Conduct customer discovery, analyze usage and outcomes, monitor oncology and regulatory trends, and collaborate with health-system stakeholders to improve clinical workflows and patient outcomes.

Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up, conduct 75+ outbound calls weekly, qualify clinical opportunities, support sales executives, manage CRM and territory, prepare for customer meetings, and build credibility with physicians and clinical teams as a promotion path to Account Executive.
