Drive product performance, remove blockers, ensure resourcing, and communicate technical capabilities and customer benefits across product, technology, operations, legal, risk, compliance, finance, and business leadership.

Supports strategic planning, performance management, and business initiatives for a payments organization. Analyzes data, develops forecasts and reporting tools, prepares executive presentations, and provides recommendations to improve business performance. Partners with product management, finance, technology, and business stakeholders to coordinate deliverables, streamline processes, and drive automation and long-term growth.

Lead third-party risk insights for the CIB Controls team by analyzing vendor risk data, producing executive governance materials, identifying themes and emerging risks, supporting remediation prioritization, maintaining KRIs/KPIs and dashboards, performing quality checks, and coordinating with stakeholders across Controls, Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Technology and the business to support risk acceptance decisions.
