Own governance, administration, and continuous improvement of the revenue enablement technology ecosystem. Define operating models, manage platform operations, standardize intake and content lifecycle, build scalable learning pathways, monitor content health and adoption, coordinate launches and enhancements, and partner with stakeholders to improve discoverability and user experience.
