The Senior Commercial Counsel at Fetch is responsible for negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, providing legal guidance to Sales and Finance, and integrating AI into legal workflows. The role focuses on contract management with full autonomy over deal processes.

Leverage AI and marketing technology to improve efficiency.

Lead and deliver large-scale AI and automation projects from planning through execution. Translate business goals into actionable plans, manage cross-functional stakeholders, risks, and dependencies, drive AI evaluation programs, improve workflows and SOPs, track project metrics, partner with technical teams on automation, and mentor project coordinators.

Lead and grow product design teams for Fetch’s mobile consumer app. Drive design strategy, mentor designers, own collective roadmaps, collaborate with Product/Engineering/Research, deliver high-quality mobile UI and user-centered research, and improve cross-team design processes and team health.

Review user accounts and transactions to detect fraud using internal tools and SOPs. Make accurate, high-volume case decisions, escalate exceptions, meet productivity and quality KPIs, track time, and work weekends.

Own and grow consumer-facing, revenue-generating verticals (local dining, apps, surveys). Define and execute roadmaps, run experimentation and A/B tests, ship product improvements with engineering and design, and partner with analytics, marketing, and business development to drive engagement, monetization, and new partnership integrations.

Lead product for Fetch's ad serving infrastructure: define unified ad server architecture, delivery controls (pacing, frequency capping), standardize event logging, run experiments, integrate verification partners, and partner with ML, Engineering, Analytics, and Sales to improve delivery quality and advertiser outcomes.

The Deal Desk Operations Manager oversees deal structuring and operational execution, ensuring compliance and accurate billing for revenue-generating agreements. This role requires collaboration across teams and involves managing offshore resources while driving process improvements and governance in financial operations.

The Social Media Strategist will develop and execute social strategies, create content, manage community engagement, and support campaigns for Fetch and its partners.
