Lead design, operation, and evolution of AlphaSense’s cloud and Kubernetes platform. Improve security, reliability, cost, and performance; build tooling and AI integrations; enable self-service workflows; support global engineering teams and drive platform standards and automation.

Lead DevEx strategy and execution across inner-loop and outer-loop developer experiences. Align platform, CI/CD, IDP, and SRE teams, define productivity metrics (DORA/DX), drive AI-enabled SDLC adoption, improve CI/CD reliability and predictability, and mentor engineering teams to scale developer productivity.

Lead and grow an AI Platform engineering team building a high-throughput enterprise AI Gateway. Own architecture, reliability, and scaling for multi-vendor LLM orchestration, routing, caching, queueing, and cost telemetry. Align cross-functional stakeholders, define technical governance, and ensure high availability and low-latency performance as usage grows.
