Serve as the primary post-sales trusted advisor for enterprise transportation accounts: drive implementation, adoption, retention and renewals; configure and train customers; monitor health and utilization; liaise with Sales, Product, Support and Exec teams; run QBRs and influence product roadmap while managing multiple projects and travel requirements.

Manage a portfolio of mid-market regional fleet customers as the primary advisor across the customer lifecycle. Drive platform adoption, conduct business reviews, retain and expand accounts through upsell/cross-sell, coordinate with Product/Engineering/Support, and influence product enhancements to improve customer ROI and long-term success.
