Owns cross-functional strategic programs, value-creation initiatives, AI transformation, organizational effectiveness, executive reporting, board materials, and strategic planning. Establishes governance, roadmaps, KPIs, operating cadences, and accountability frameworks while driving complex initiatives from scoping through measurable outcomes. Partners with executives and business leaders to identify AI opportunities, build business cases, support adoption, and scale new processes. May also support M&A integration planning and integration PMO leadership.

Lead joint go-to-market planning and execution with partners and CAMs across digital and in-person programs. Manage co-marketing calendars, create co-branded assets, run events, track performance, and optimize partner engagement to drive pipeline and partnership growth.

Sell to net-new SMB clients by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals. Build strategic account plans, manage full sales cycle, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, collaborate with marketing and delivery, and represent A-LIGN at events to drive new revenue.

Support GTM leadership with recurring reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. Prepare WBR/MBR/QBR materials, build dashboards and Excel financial models, run channel performance analyses, and produce executive-ready presentations to inform operational improvements and reforecasting.

Lead and execute ISO 27001 assessment, certification readiness, compliance, and advisory engagements: gather and review on-site evidence, prepare draft reports and lead sheets, provide weekly status updates, organize client documentation, and communicate with clients and management throughout engagements.

Plan and execute ISO and other IT security assessments, lead remote and onsite testing and scoping calls, communicate project status with clients and management, and support assessment execution and client service initiatives.

Support end-to-end M&A and corporate development activities: source and screen targets, build financial and LBO models, lead diligence workstreams, prepare board/investment committee materials, manage advisors and negotiations, and support integration planning and pipeline management.

Support administration and execution of sales compensation programs: calculate and audit monthly commissions, reconcile with Finance, investigate discrepancies, maintain documentation, run reports, manage Salesforce commission cases, assist with plan rollouts, and improve processes and automation.
