The Entry Level Business Development Representative will partner with clients in commercial real estate to promote brands through media and events, focusing on establishing relationships and sponsoring sales. Responsibilities include prospecting new business, attending events, and documenting activities in Salesforce.

Own audience analytics across website, email, and events to define KPIs (LTV, time spent, repeat visitation), reconcile data across CRM/ESP/revenue systems, build segments and re-engagement strategies, drive personalization and retention, report trends, and partner cross-functionally while using AI/agentic tools to scale insights and measurement.
