The Onboarding Specialist welcomes new agents, conducts onboarding sessions, manages account setups, and optimizes the onboarding process while ensuring a great customer experience.

The Coordinator will manage incoming inquiries, assist with invoicing and incentives, provide customer support, and identify trends in agent feedback. Duties include handling calls, resolving customer issues, and supporting team efforts to meet service level agreements.
