Lead state advocacy and communications, direct lobbying and consultant teams, shape policy strategy with senior leadership, represent Vistra to trade and political associations, manage lobbying compliance and PAC activities, travel extensively during legislative sessions to advance company policy goals.

Provide technical engineering support for gas and steam turbines, generators, and balance-of-plant equipment. Duties include troubleshooting, root cause analysis, maintenance strategy development, outage planning and oversight, vendor coordination, economic justification for projects, and fleetwide rotating equipment support while collaborating with operations, maintenance, reliability, procurement, and external vendors.
