Leads Navitus’s centralized analytics team, delivering client performance analysis, financial modeling, underwriting support, pricing analysis, competitive intelligence, dashboards, and strategic recommendations. Partners with Sales, Finance, Clinical, Network Strategy, Account Management, and technical teams to support client growth, retention, RFPs, renewals, and market-facing engagements. Establishes data quality and governance standards, improves analytical processes, and mentors team members.

Leads customer experience strategy through trend research, journey mapping, ideation, prototyping, stakeholder interviews, customer interaction analysis, and voice-of-customer initiatives. The role facilitates design-thinking events, develops experience artifacts, supports product vision and roadmaps, tests new features, and drives CX/DX implementation across the organization.

Supports the development and maintenance of Qlik dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. Performs data analysis, validates reporting outputs, identifies trends and anomalies, translates business requirements into reporting solutions, troubleshoots data issues, and helps maintain metrics and KPIs. Collaborates with business stakeholders and develops knowledge of organizational data sources, business intelligence practices, and data governance standards.

Supports implementations, product messaging, documentation, and training while ensuring compliance with CMS, HIPAA, URAC, NCQA, FCC, NCPDP, and internal quality standards.

Supports workforce management through forecasting, scheduling, shrinkage analysis, staffing projections, and service-level monitoring. Validates WFM data, manages activities and call-routing adjustments, coordinates queue and skill-group coverage, and identifies reporting enhancements. Develops reports, dashboards, scorecards, training materials, and procedures while analyzing performance opportunities and recommending staffing or process improvements.

Supports manufacturer, payer, and strategic pharmacy clients through operational coordination, reporting, business planning, implementation, issue resolution, and client meetings. Serves as a primary contact for daily requests, escalations, referral questions, patient access barriers, and contract performance. Partners with Trade Account Executives to improve client satisfaction, retain programs, meet guarantees, identify growth opportunities, and deliver strategic business presentations. Travel to client sites or onsite meetings may reach 10%.

Leads strategic growth and end-to-end proposal development, including RFP evaluation, pursuit strategy, cross-functional coordination, performance analysis, process improvement, pricing strategy, compliance, and team leadership. Partners with Sales, clinical, operations, finance, and pricing stakeholders to improve win rates, competitive positioning, resource allocation, and client value. Oversees proposal team staffing, development, workflows, quality controls, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Develops and executes supply chain contracting strategies for pharmacy GPO members. Leads sourcing, supplier negotiations, category strategies, vendor relationship management, contract execution, performance monitoring, renewals, compliance, and savings initiatives across logistics, cold-chain, packaging, pharmacy technology, and credentialing categories.

Leads financial governance and value realization for enterprise transformation investments. Develops business cases, ROI analyses, financial models, forecasts, dashboards, and executive reporting; monitors spend, risks, variances, milestones, and returns. Partners with FP&A, operations, technology, legal, compliance, and business leaders to guide investment decisions, portfolio performance, and path-to-green planning.
