Summer legal intern supporting the Senior Corporate Counsel with in-house legal work involving consumer financial services, state and federal regulations, research, writing, analysis, and multiple concurrent assignments. The intern will gain practical exposure to corporate legal operations, consumer finance regulations, presentations, and generalist in-house counsel responsibilities.

Support FP&A and Capital Markets activities, including corporate funding, liquidity management, financial modeling, budgeting, reporting, and loan portfolio analysis. Prepare operational reports for executive decision-making, monitor portfolio performance using SQL-based visualization tools, and provide analytical support to Operations, Product, Risk, and Technology teams. Assist with financing transactions, legal document review, and execution of warehouse facilities, private financings, and securitizations.

Senior Product Manager responsible for driving lending product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and end-to-end lifecycle management. Partners with Risk, Engineering, Marketing, Compliance, Finance, Legal, and other teams to deliver business outcomes. Uses data, experimentation, and AI/ML to improve conversion, approvals, funding, customer outcomes, and portfolio performance. Translates technical requirements, manages complex initiatives, and identifies opportunities to apply AI across underwriting, fraud, pricing, servicing, collections, and support.

Build, enhance, refactor, and integrate scalable software systems for digital banking and lending products. Translate business requirements into reliable software, consider service architecture, lead design and code reviews, investigate data issues, and contribute to engineering strategy. The role focuses on backend web applications, relational data modeling, performance improvements, external integrations, and collaboration with developers, QA, product managers, and technical leadership.
