Serve as the primary cybersecurity subject matter expert throughout enterprise sales cycles. Conduct technical discovery, design and present cloud security architectures, lead demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, answer RFPs, and support negotiations. Build relationships with security executives and teams, collaborate with account executives and partners, provide product feedback, monitor cloud security trends, and contribute to technical marketing content and thought leadership. Customer-facing technical architect responsible for end-to-end success of enterprise Aviatrix deployments: design multi-cloud network and security architectures, implement Aviatrix DCF policies, integrate with NGFWs, lead operational reviews and incident response, drive adoption and optimization, and produce runbooks and compliance-aligned network configurations.

Serves as a strategic enablement partner to Sales, Solutions Engineering, Channel Partners, and Customer Success. Diagnoses performance gaps using CRM and pipeline analytics, designs onboarding and sales enablement programs, develops coaching frameworks and sales plays, and manages partner training, certifications, and co-selling enablement. Advises senior GTM leaders, aligns cross-functional teams, and improves seller readiness, methodology adoption, pipeline quality, and revenue outcomes.

Provides senior-level technical support for enterprise customers using Aviatrix’s multicloud networking and security products. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex network environments, resolving high-priority issues, coordinating with engineering and sales, reporting product issues, improving support documentation and workflows, supporting production environments, and mentoring cloud network engineers. The role requires expertise in routing, BGP, IPsec VPN, Linux, networking products, cloud platforms, scripting, and automation.

Lead design and delivery of customer-specific cloud networking enablement programs. Architect multi-cloud labs and curriculum, run high-stakes workshops, partner with Sales and Professional Services, and evolve AI-driven training content based on field signal. Serve as technical authority for enterprise customers during pre- and post-sale engagements.

The Account Executive is responsible for outbound sales activities, managing client relationships, generating leads, and closing deals in the cloud networking space.
