Lead design and execution of audit validation activities for the Risk and Control Enhancement program. Develop testing approaches, run walkthroughs and planning, coach audit teams, manage multiple validations to deliver on time and within budget, challenge control design and report findings to stakeholders.

Support OCIO portfolio management by monitoring asset allocation, executing rebalances, preparing client meeting materials, coordinating with research and performance teams, verifying data accuracy, and assisting senior staff with client servicing and manager selection.

Create wireframes, mockups and prototypes using the NT Digital Design System and Figma; guide design decisions, conduct feature-level research, influence business and technology outcomes, collaborate with cross-functional teams (often agile), and mentor less-experienced designers.

Support Risk Management project team on strategic technology and business initiatives: create and maintain project deliverables, provide technical guidance, manage UAT, document and conduct training and change management, assist RFP/vendor selection, and contribute to control activities including analytics, issue management, and testing.
