The Division Manager, Commercial Banking is responsible for business development, overseeing a team to enhance client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Duties include coaching team members, managing portfolio performance, ensuring compliance, and leading banking strategy initiatives.

Prepare, review, and finalize consumer loan documents for accurate, compliant, and timely closings. Coordinate electronic and in-person closings, perform pre- and post-closing quality checks, resolve file discrepancies with underwriters and relationship managers, coordinate bookings and fundings, maintain detailed records, and ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and service level agreements.

Acquire, retain and expand business banking relationships (clients up to ~$25M revenue). Drive loan and deposit volume, cross-sell treasury products, meet annual goals, manage credit documentation, renewals and collections, and build referral networks while coordinating with internal partners.

Support IT finance activities including forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, ledger analysis, IT invoice processing, P&L creation, and financial reporting. Partner with IT leaders to provide analytics, ensure internal controls, and deliver business performance insights to support strategic decisions.
