Support corporate income tax function focusing on federal, state, and local compliance. Prepare tax returns and ASC 740 provisions, estimated taxes, depreciation schedules, audit support, research tax law changes, and assist tax planning and special projects while partnering with Accounting, Finance, and external advisors.

Assess risk rating accuracy, underwriting standards, documentation, collateral, and credit administration; manage oversight engagements, continuous monitoring, and quarterly reviews. Prepare business-unit and bank-wide credit risk reports, update policies, and coordinate remediation for adversely classified assets while communicating findings to loan officers, senior management, auditors, and regulators.
