Field-first BDR responsible for door-to-door, outbound prospecting and territory ownership in Chicago. Build pipeline building-by-building, close property manager contracts, represent Bilt at events, hand off to Implementation, and report activity and results.

Serve as the on-the-ground partner lead for product rollouts, adoption, training, and change management. Build trusted relationships with leasing and operations teams, translate partner needs to product and account teams, troubleshoot in real time, and drive data-driven AI performance discussions tied to KPIs. Travel regionally for launches and ongoing support.
