Develop, integrate, test and analyze complex virtual system and mission models for EOIR, RF, and electronic warfare systems. Lead supply chain planning for assigned programs: manage requisitions/POs, forecast material cost/performance, analyze lead times and critical-path procurements, plan inventory and capacity, support EVMS and baselining, identify risks/opportunities, and liaise with suppliers and source teams to ensure on-time delivery and program schedule adherence.

Design, implement, and test digital hardware and FPGA-based circuit cards across full product lifecycle. Work on high-speed interfaces, RF/EO DSP, embedded processors, prototype/debug subsystems, produce design/test documentation, and support production and fielded systems in an integrated engineering team.
