Lead standing up, modifying, and sustaining manufacturing test capability for RF/electronic warfare systems. Shape acceptance and environmental test requirements, drive test equipment/fixture design and software integration, manage schedule/cost using earned value, report to leadership, and lead manufacturing readiness and customer review events.

Lead supplier quality activities for electronic warfare programs: assess supplier performance, perform audits and first article inspections, drive SCARs and corrective actions, execute manufacturing readiness and risk assessments, support program quality and CI initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and travel to suppliers as required.

Lead supplier quality activities for aerospace electronic warfare programs: perform supplier audits, first article inspections, root-cause investigations, manage SCARs/SDRs, assess manufacturing readiness (DoD MRL), and drive supplier performance improvements while supporting junior engineers and traveling to suppliers (up to 25%).

Design, develop, test, and integrate embedded software and firmware for defense systems. Apply object-oriented C++ development, scripting, and version-control practices across the full software lifecycle. Work in Agile/DevSecOps and model-based engineering environments, interface with stakeholders, and support on-target hardware integration and debugging.

Lead systems design activities using MBSE/DOORS to decompose requirements, perform trade studies, produce specifications and VCRMs, and coordinate cross-discipline design and verification for EOIR/RF systems in a DoD environment.
