Develop and maintain embedded software and firmware for defense systems using C++ on Linux or VxWorks. Participate in full SDLC: requirements, design, coding, testing, integration. Work with model-based engineering, DevSecOps, version control, and Agile practices; interface with customers, suppliers, and engineering teams. Position may be filled at Software or Principal level and requires US citizenship and government clearance.

Lead integration and test activities for complex electronic systems: create test plans/procedures, automate and execute integration, verification, and qualification tests, troubleshoot hardware/software/firmware, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure successful system performance in lab and aircraft installations.

Lead system architecture and design for EOIR/RF electronic warfare systems, maintain alignment with product roadmaps, decompose requirements, and support integration, verification, and fielding while meeting cost, schedule, risk, and KPP constraints.

Design and develop motor drive solutions for electromechanical servo systems including motor selection, PWM and linear drive hardware, controls design, testing, and subsystem integration. Support multi-axis precision servo applications, power electronics, embedded control development, and cross-functional integration in a small team for classified defense programs.

Lead mechanical engineer for ruggedized electronic equipment development for military applications. Responsible for design, thermal/structural/microelectronics/opto-mechanical analysis, manufacture and environmental test, managing schedule and budget, leading engineering teams, stakeholder communication, and mentoring/knowledge transfer.
