Performs reliability and maintainability engineering for avionics mission systems. Responsibilities include managing FRACAS, documenting and trending failure data, conducting root-cause and corrective-action investigations, performing reliability predictions, and analyzing FMECA and MTTR. The role supports subsystem reliability requirements and serves as an individual contributor and deliverable lead within a multidisciplinary engineering team.

Lead manufacturing systems engineering for IRCM/RFCM product lines: develop manufacturing plans, readiness assessments, automation designs, cost models, and maturity plans; drive digital transformation, capital/NCTA/CRAD planning, and cross-functional producibility solutions to prepare programs for production.

Lead full lifecycle digital hardware design for FPGA-based circuit cards and subsystems: research, simulation, schematic capture, prototyping, test, integration, production support, and team leadership. Translate system requirements into hardware and test specifications for EW, sensors, and high-speed interfaces.

Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded software and firmware for mission systems. Work across the full SDLC, integrate with target hardware, apply OOP in C++, use scripting for automation, and collaborate within Agile/DevSecOps and model-based engineering environments to deliver secure, multi-threaded, embedded solutions.

Lead full life-cycle digital hardware development using modern FPGAs and high-speed interfaces. Design, prototype, debug, test, and integrate complex circuit cards and subsystems. Translate system specs to hardware/test requirements, work with cross-functional teams, and support production and fielding for defense-related sensing and EW systems.

Design and develop motor drive solutions for electromechanical servo systems including motor selection, PWM and linear drive hardware, controls design, testing, and subsystem integration. Support multi-axis precision servo applications, power electronics, embedded control development, and cross-functional integration in a small team for classified defense programs.

Design and develop space-qualified power conversion systems: architecture, schematic capture, component selection, PCB layout, simulation, lab verification, WCCA, manufacturing support, test procedure development, and lead engineering teams through integration and qualification.

Design and document ruggedized electronic equipment for military applications. Create and update CAD models, engineering drawings, and library parts. Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, systems engineers and manufacturing/quality teams to support producibility, machining, and ASME-compliant drawing practices.
