Lead system architecture for defense sensing and EOIR/RFEW systems, maintain and evolve system designs, ensure alignment with requirements, roadmaps, KPPs and constraints, support integration/test, present technical results to leadership, and maintain required security clearances for program delivery.

Design and validate defense sensing and RF systems using MBSE/DOORS. Decompose requirements, run trade studies, maintain system models and VCRMs, support integration and verification, and collaborate across hardware/software teams.

Lead design and troubleshooting of manufacturing test equipment, fixtures, and automated test software for RF/Electronic Warfare systems. Develop and maintain test procedures, support production failure investigations, perform testability reviews, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing testing processes.

Support RF production hardware testing and lead NRE test station development. Provide manufacturability feedback, production support, continuous improvement, and day-to-day project/test engineering management in a cross-functional manufacturing environment. On-site in Rolling Meadows, IL; US Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance required.

Perform integration and test of complex electronic systems from hardware/software/firmware through aircraft installation. Develop test plans, procedures, automation and reports; execute system integration, design verification, and qualification tests in labs or field locations. Troubleshoot issues, collaborate across disciplines, and support government security clearance requirements. On-site in Rolling Meadows, IL with ~10% travel.
