Manage a 10–15 engineer Systems Engineering Integration & Test team for RF Electronic Warfare. Lead system integration, verification, lab operations, asset management, and test methods while contributing ~80% technical program work. Oversee staffing, mentoring, MBSE/PLA/Agile initiatives, cost/schedule/quality for program milestones and proposals.

Lead system architecture for defense sensing and EOIR/RFEW systems, maintain and evolve system designs, ensure alignment with requirements, roadmaps, KPPs and constraints, support integration/test, present technical results to leadership, and maintain required security clearances for program delivery.

Design and layout PWBs/PCBs (rigid, flex, rigid-flex), produce fabrication drawings and electronic data files, calculate layer stack-ups, ensure manufacturability, interface with electrical/mechanical engineers, perform design reviews, and incorporate change notices per industry and military standards.

Design, develop, test, integrate, and maintain embedded software/firmware across the full SDLC for defense systems. Work with C++ on Linux or VxWorks, use scripting for automation, collaborate with stakeholders, and support target-hardware integration. Must obtain/maintain Secret clearance and work on-site with occasional travel.

Lead PCB and CCA design efforts, define and maintain design rules and layer stack-ups, perform DFM checks, generate fabrication notes and electronic data outputs using Cadence Allegro and Valor NPI, and liaise with suppliers to ensure manufacturability and product integrity.

Lead system architecture and design for EOIR/RF electronic warfare systems, maintain alignment with product roadmaps, decompose requirements, and support integration, verification, and fielding while meeting cost, schedule, risk, and KPP constraints.

Lead integration and test activities for complex electronic systems: create test plans/procedures, automate and execute integration, verification, and qualification tests, troubleshoot hardware/software/firmware, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure successful system performance in lab and aircraft installations.

Develop and maintain embedded software and firmware for defense systems using C++ on Linux or VxWorks. Participate in full SDLC: requirements, design, coding, testing, integration. Work with model-based engineering, DevSecOps, version control, and Agile practices; interface with customers, suppliers, and engineering teams. Position may be filled at Software or Principal level and requires US citizenship and government clearance.

Designs, analyzes, documents, and validates ruggedized electro-mechanical electronic equipment for military applications. Supports requirements, concept, detailed design, production, and environmental test phases; leads small teams, presents at design reviews, and provides factory/supplier support and change incorporation. Works on cross-functional teams and contributes to process improvement and knowledge transfer.

Design and develop switch-mode power conversion architectures for RF/EO/embedded systems, perform SPICE simulation and lab prototyping, ensure EMI/EMC and DoD standard compliance, support integration and test, maintain documentation and configuration management throughout the product lifecycle.
