Lead data-driven provider quality initiatives across the provider network: analyze large datasets, identify gaps and opportunities, design and execute cross-functional programs (note quality, provider reviews, AI documentation), and measure outcomes to improve core metrics.

Lead and scale organic growth across SEO, AEO, and CRO. Own multi-year strategy, experimentation, site architecture, and measurement. Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design to improve discoverability and conversions, ensure HIPAA/WCAG compliance, manage P&L, recruit and mentor teams, and drive revenue through AI-native discovery and conversion optimization.

Drive growth of sold providers and patient starts within a Mid-Atlantic territory. Own full sales cycle with aggressive outbound sourcing, in-person selling at least three days/week, relationship management within a two-hour radius, and remote strategies for other accounts. Hit quota through consultative closing, CRM management, and heavy local travel (up to 50%).

Design, implement, and maintain core infrastructure and tooling to enable agentic AI development. Drive AI enablement, developer relations, training, and shared platform tooling to support engineering teams and production LLM/agent integrations.

Lead end-to-end user research to inform product strategy and improve patient and provider workflows.
