Monitor platform health, usage, engagement, and renewal risks; drive adoption through automated campaigns, webinars, and office hours; maintain CRM accuracy and risk tracking; and provide leadership with actionable account-health insights. Partner with Sales to support retention and expansion while delivering consistent, scalable customer outcomes.

Leads a business operations team supporting sales through pipeline analytics, forecasting, territory and quota planning, reporting, dashboards, and executive communication. Partners with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing to improve processes, standardize metrics, manage operating rhythms, and deliver strategic initiatives. Designs and develops interactive digital learning experiences, including eLearning modules, storyboards, scripts, knowledge checks, and job aids. Builds custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript enhancements, packages and tests SCORM/xAPI content, troubleshoots LMS compatibility, and performs accessibility and cross-browser QA. Collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate technical topics into learner-friendly content while managing revisions, documentation, version control, and course lifecycle updates.

Leads Varonis cloud security deployments for customers, troubleshooting complex integration issues and guiding architectural decisions. Develops deployment standards, documentation, reference architectures, and onboarding resources. Partners with Product Management and Engineering to improve deployment capabilities, facilitates knowledge-sharing, and delivers technical enablement on cloud technologies, security concepts, and deployment methodologies.
