Analyze business processes and user requirements, translate them into detailed functional specifications using UML/RUP and SDLC methodologies, support scope management, risk identification, testing and training, collaborate with stakeholders on feasibility and costs, and mentor junior team members.

Provide support for sales and use tax audits, prepare tax filings and auditor responses, analyze tax laws, implement tax filing/audit projects, collaborate with internal teams and external consultants, serve as tax liaison, support M&A and tax planning, mentor junior staff, and drive process improvements and best-practice policies to minimize tax liability.
