Lead product ownership for Advisor Experience, owning roadmap from discovery to delivery. Build integrations and AI features (Aspen AI, client portal), deliver advisor capacity and transition tools, work with engineering/design/data and external partners, and drive Client Excellence KPIs (Net Revenue Retention, NPS, advisor retention, transition success).

Serve as lead tax advisor for ultra-high-net-worth families: develop multi-year tax strategies, lead year-round planning (entities, estate, charitable, liquidity), identify cross-border issues, coordinate compliance and outside advisors, oversee tax exams/controversies, manage and mentor tax team, and ensure tax advice is integrated with overall family office planning.

Lead and support investment research via manager due diligence, asset-class and capital markets analysis, performance attribution, risk monitoring, and documentation. Produce materials for the Investment Committee, maintain investment policies, collaborate on audits, and develop tools and educational content to support the firm’s investment platform.

Lead development and execution of enterprise privacy strategy, policies, and governance. Ensure compliance with global privacy laws, manage privacy risk assessments, DPIAs, vendor reviews, incident response, and data subject rights. Implement AI-specific data controls and partner cross-functionally to embed privacy-by-design across technology, people, and marketing. Serve as strategic advisor to executive leadership and General Counsel.
