The role requires extensive enterprise B2B sales experience, industrial software or power technology expertise, technical foundation, quota attainment, and relationships with utilities, generation fleets, hyperscalers, or colocation providers.

Supports enterprise sales by leading discovery, platform demonstrations, technical proofs of value, solution design, ROI analysis, RFP responses, and customer handoffs. Translates industrial operations and maintenance challenges into AI, predictive analytics, and asset performance solutions. Requires plant operations or reliability experience, customer-facing pre-sales expertise, industrial systems knowledge, and the ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders.

Manage marketplace listings, private offers, co-sell programs, joint account planning, partner funding, field relationships, and partner-sourced pipeline. Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and delivery teams to drive cloud marketplace transactions, co-selling, integrations, and partner-led revenue in industrial accounts.

Build and manage strategic global system integrator partnerships for UptimeAI. Responsibilities include recruiting GSI partners, developing joint industrial offerings, enabling and certifying partner consultants, mapping relationships, driving joint pursuits and co-selling, managing partner-sourced pipeline, and coordinating with sales, marketing, product, and delivery teams. Success is measured through partner pipeline, influenced revenue, certified consultants, joint pursuits, and co-sell performance.

Own enterprise customer outcomes, adoption, and value realization for industrial AI deployments. Lead complex implementation programs, technical workshops, and solution discussions while coordinating engineering, product, delivery, sales, and customer stakeholders. Translate AI insights into operational improvements, support account expansion, and develop long-term strategic partnerships with industrial organizations.
