Provide clerical and administrative support for fuel and lubricant billing, order entry, customer account maintenance, and office operations. Process invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, update account records, answer calls, assist walk-ins, and coordinate with sales, operations, and AR to ensure accurate, timely billing and records.

Serve as technical authority for enterprise customers during pre- and post-sale engagements.

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns, manage budgets and ROI tracking, perform market research and analytics, coordinate with sales, vendors, and manufacturers, lead product launches and events, and drive customer-focused programs including loyalty, lead generation, and co-op/OEM integrations. Frequent cross-functional leadership and travel required.

Audit and reconcile marketing and lead data end-to-end, maintain campaign tracking and platform integrations, troubleshoot data flow issues, manipulate large datasets to identify discrepancies, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, and recommend process improvements to ensure accurate marketing-to-intake reporting.

Serve as first point of contact: answer phones, greet and direct visitors, take messages, distribute mail, support Executive Assistant and accounting, perform basic bookkeeping, and follow company policies. Requires physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand long periods.

Lead and scale the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX 404) program, maintain the ICFR framework, manage control design/testing/remediation, oversee ITGC scoping, integrate controls for acquisitions, liaise with external auditors and the Audit Committee, and build and mentor a SOX compliance team.

Lead regional referral development and community engagement to drive admissions and market growth for a new substance use disorder treatment center. Build strategic partnerships, oversee outreach and events, track referral pipelines and KPIs, collaborate with admissions and clinical teams, and support new service line and market expansion efforts. Frequent local and regional travel required.

Support processing and reconciliation of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions and proxy votes. Review documentation, coordinate front-office decisions, notify custodians, reconcile events, distribute weekly reports, file documentation, and track bank loan amendments and restructures. Assist in drafting processes and improving procedures.
