Assists with planning and delivery of commercial solar PV projects, including budgeting, procurement, scheduling, construction coordination, project controls, safety and quality compliance, subcontractor and crew management, material logistics, permitting, interconnection, inspections, testing, and closeout documentation. Coordinates with engineering teams, authorities, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments while tracking productivity, labor spending, risks, schedules, and project outcomes.

Provide administrative and coordination support for contracts from drafting through execution: prepare and revise agreements, document reviews, create meeting minutes, process DocuSign and hard-copy agreements, maintain Excel trackers and OneDrive files, communicate deliverables and updates to project teams, subcontractors, and clients, and ensure compliance with Path's internal guidelines.

Assist with and lead museum and farm programs, tours, and outreach; provide customer service and gift shop sales; support event setup, animal care, light cleaning, clerical tasks, and facility opening/closing. Build and ship end-to-end full‑stack features for pharmacy and health system workflows.
