Own DAKboard’s end-to-end marketing strategy and execution across email, CRO, paid advertising, social, retargeting, partnerships, affiliates, and SEO content. The role involves measuring and scaling channels, managing contractors, deploying AI tools and agents, partnering with the CEO on priorities and budgets, and creating messaging for US families and parents. Manage integrated plans, scope, dependencies, risks, technical integrations, vendors, executive governance, change management, adoption, and benefits realization. Lead matrixed teams without formal authority, coordinate multi-site implementations, manage C-suite relationships, and transition successful programs to services and customer success. Travel up to 50% is required.

Provides transactional accounting support for AEC clients using Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint. Responsibilities include processing payables, recording deposits and credit card transactions, supporting bank and credit card reconciliations, resolving accounting issues, managing multiple client tasks, collaborating with senior accounting staff, and identifying process improvement and business development opportunities.

Manage post-release product revision programs across engineering, operations, manufacturing, service, project management, quality, and suppliers. Coordinate engineering changes, configuration updates, documentation revisions, release readiness, implementation plans, dependencies, risks, milestones, and stakeholder communications. Maintain dashboards, trackers, decision logs, and traceability for approved changes affecting engineered and manufactured products.

Gather and document business and functional requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, create user stories, process flows, data models, and use cases, and partner with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams. Lead UAT, support system testing and defect resolution, and ensure solutions align with business needs. The role focuses on Salesforce business analysis, ERP/CRM integrations, SDLC support, API dependencies, SQL reporting, and Agile delivery.

Build end-to-end user features under senior guidance: implement REST endpoints in Node.js/TypeScript, microservices in Python, maintain PostgreSQL schemas, process background jobs with QStash/Upstash, deploy to Cloudflare Workers/Pages/R2, write tests, and collaborate with product/design on React UI components.
