Own post-go-live customer relationships for the Billing product, driving adoption, engagement, and renewals. Assess customer configurations and workflows, monitor health metrics, conduct strategic reviews, surface insights from customer data, identify upsell opportunities, advocate product needs internally, and represent the company at customer sites (travel up to 25%).

Lead analysis, design, and implementation of business processes to improve ERP-driven operations. Create customized engagement plans, connect churches to missionaries and initiatives, manage CRM and communications, track outcomes, travel frequently for relationship-building, and collaborate with internal teams to mobilize resources for global missions.

Manage site warehouse operations including inventory control, security, staffing, equipment and layout, reporting via Hubble/Excel/Smartsheet/Procore, safety compliance, coordination with Supply Chain/Procurement and project teams to meet project schedules and efficiency goals.

Prospect and generate leads via outbound calls and email campaigns, qualify prospects, book demos for Account Executives, build relationships, and communicate prospect challenges and opportunities to leadership.

Support Customer Success and Business Development by managing partner relationships, driving adoption and growth, coordinating projects, delivering trainings and demos, monitoring KPIs, resolving escalations, and maintaining documentation in Salesforce to ensure partner satisfaction and operational excellence.

Own and lead RMI's Salesforce ecosystem: drive CRM strategy, integrations (Workday, APIs, Azure), platform administration, data hygiene, reporting, vendor management, governance, user adoption, and cross-functional delivery to support fundraising, programs, finance, and operations.
