Early-to-mid career Product Manager to translate customer needs into product requirements for AI-driven scientific SaaS. Coordinate audiovisual systems integration projects from presale through close-out. Manage proposals, Q360 quotes and job setup, procurement coordination, BOM and inventory tracking, project budgeting and billing, change orders, RMAs, warranty support, and project documentation. Support Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
