The role also involves evolving financial, authentication, workflow, and event-driven systems in a hands-on individual contributor capacity.

Manage client success for law firm customers: drive adoption, retention, upsells, onboarding, product utilization, and ROI case studies while feeding client feedback into product roadmap.

Lead enterprise commercial enablement for PC1: own proposal/SOW strategy, Salesforce and SFMC platform ownership, sprint-driven product delivery, AI enablement, digital budget management, and cross-functional digital project leadership to drive scalable commercial and marketing outcomes.
