Manage and develop District Sales Managers, build OEM and fleet industry relationships, travel regionally, attend industry conferences, and coordinate handoff of new clients to Client Growth while upselling during the onboarding period.

Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of company-wide training and onboarding. Manage training staff, budgets, logistics, national franchise trainings, trainer performance, and training ROI. Develop materials, schedules, and partner with departments to support organizational growth and events.

Own enterprise customer accounts end-to-end: onboard and integrate customers, drive product adoption and retention, troubleshoot integrations (APIs, Python), collaborate with engineering/product, and create technical enablement assets.
