Lead end-to-end member and customer experience across Care, Customer Success, and Print/Ship Operations. Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to close, deliver demos and tailored proposals, collaborate with marketing/sales engineering/product, expand existing customers, and travel periodically. Hybrid role (3 days/week in Boston or NYC).

Lead enterprise liquidity management and corporate cash forecasting. Improve and integrate forecasting models and data sources, aggregate internal and vendor cash data, perform back-testing, and partner with Finance, Treasury, FP&A, Controllers, and business lines to optimize cash and reporting.
