Manages day-to-day People Operations across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, compliance, leave administration, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compensation, payroll, HRIS administration, reporting, and process improvement. Communicates with claimants, customers, attorneys, case managers, carriers, and state agencies while ensuring regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, cost containment, and adherence to client and carrier guidelines.
