Provide administrative and coordination support for contracts from drafting through execution: prepare and revise agreements, document reviews, create meeting minutes, process DocuSign and hard-copy agreements, maintain Excel trackers and OneDrive files, communicate deliverables and updates to project teams, subcontractors, and clients, and ensure compliance with Path's internal guidelines.

Own demand generation, account-based marketing, integrated campaigns, funnel optimization, marketing analytics, attribution, and marketing operations. The role partners with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to generate qualified enterprise pipeline and revenue, manage Salesforce and Pardot integrations, improve lead flow and conversion, and align campaigns with healthcare technology customer needs.

Manage high-volume inbound leads, run tailored product demos, qualify and close deals, and act as a technical advisor on integrations and APIs. Use Quo, AI and automation to maintain pipeline hygiene, analyze funnel metrics (Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, Pocus), design repeatable inbound workflows, and collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Product to improve conversion and customer outcomes.

Develop responsive websites and full-stack applications using Java, REST APIs, Git, JSON, front-end frameworks, microservices, messaging, and relational databases. Responsibilities include debugging, problem solving, following corporate standards, adapting to new technologies, and contributing within Agile development environments. SAFe Agile experience is preferred.

Own a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Define and execute success plans, lead executive engagements, coordinate cross-functionally, and generate measurable ROI and customer advocates while meeting GRR and NRR targets.

Design and implement scalable AI/ML-driven HealthTech microservices, contribute to technical architecture, write high-quality code, perform code reviews, develop proofs-of-concept, troubleshoot production issues, and document work while collaborating in agile teams.

Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts: prospect and qualify leads, build executive relationships, present solutions, negotiate and close deals, manage pipeline and CRM, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
