Tier 2 SOC analyst responsible for detecting, investigating, and responding to security incidents. Client-facing security officer advising senior security leadership, assessing threat landscape, and proposing mitigations. Strengthen information security posture across infrastructure devices (IDS/IPS, firewalls, VPN), vulnerability scanning, host-based controls, and ISO 27001. Communicate security concepts to technical and non-technical teams, work with virtual teams, present to clients, and provide on-site presence weekly with occasional travel.

Provide exceptional customer service and support account management tasks including quoting, order management, CRM upkeep, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Build customer relationships, collaborate with internal teams (logistics, purchasing, accounting, warehouse), meet sales and responsiveness goals, and stay informed on products and market trends to improve customer satisfaction and drive account growth.

Provide operational safety oversight at a location: manage driver hiring and compliance, train and supervise drivers and trainers, investigate accidents, perform road checks, maintain accident/compliance records, analyze safety trends, and deliver safety-related reports and training.
