Own go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and customer research for Juniper Square’s fund administration business. Partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Growth Marketing to accelerate pipeline, upsell, cross-sell, and adoption. Maintain expertise on fund administration buyers, experts, reference clients, and market dynamics while using AI tools to improve research and content production.

Leads Juniper Square’s expansion sales and Powered Admin Services functions. Owns expansion quota and personal deals, builds installed-base pipeline and whitespace analysis, establishes qualification and account-handoff processes, develops the administrator partnership channel, hires and coaches expansion sellers, and manages sales dashboards and operating cadence. Partners closely with Customer Success, Fund Administration, RevOps, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships while using AI to automate revenue workflows and improve account targeting.

Leads end-to-end process improvement and automation projects, including stakeholder discovery, requirements gathering, process mapping, SOP development, system configuration, ETL design, rollout, adoption, and ongoing refinement. The role uses enterprise workflow and automation platforms, provides technical and operational guidance, ensures compliance, identifies improvement opportunities, and mentors junior team members.

Own end-to-end technical onboarding for new customers, including product configuration, permissions, workflows, API integrations, data migration, troubleshooting, and go-live. Owns Guidebook’s complete accounting function as a solo Controller, including month-end close, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, cash management, corporate cards, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax coordination, insurance administration, and NetSuite ownership. The role also improves and documents processes, strengthens controls, supports audits and diligence, and serves as the primary accounting resource for leadership.

Own strategic SaaS client relationships from onboarding through renewal, driving retention, adoption, value realization, and expansion. Lead executive business reviews, uncover client needs, manage contracts and customer projects, translate business requirements into technical solutions, mitigate risks, provide training, and coordinate issue resolution. The role requires strong analytical, communication, project-management, and relationship-building skills, plus experience in CPG foodservice or food-away-from-home manufacturing. Trade promotion and ERP, TPM, or BI experience are preferred.

Develops scalable data models, dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions that support business decisions.
