Drive new-logo acquisition for corporate customers (up to $50k ARR) by managing prospects through complex, multi-threaded sales cycles. Oversees technical delivery, client relationships, project staffing, utilization, profitability, recruiting, and team development. Provides hands-on technical direction across source-code security work, determines investments in tooling and methodologies, and integrates AI-assisted auditing and research into team workflows. The role also owns practice P&L and supports engineers’ conference, publication, and open-source contributions.

Own complex software systems and critical workflows end-to-end while ensuring reliability, performance, security, and maintainability. Lead architectural decisions, mentor engineers, manage incident response, improve system health, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role requires extensive Ruby on Rails, AWS or equivalent cloud infrastructure, Linux production operations, frontend development, relational databases, testing, CI/CD, and observability experience.
